Tunneling
- RP- bentonite is designed to be used in tunneling and micro-Tunneling excavations to support the ground tunneled by TBM, carry out the excavated material and also used to cool and lubricate the cutting tool.
- RP- bentonite gives a rapid viscosity, adequate gel strength and low filtrate so it is appropriate for different soil types, different soil properties specially the high permeable grounds and also appropriate for different types of TBM.
- RP-bentonite prevents the entry of the ground water by forming a low permeable filter cake which ensures the stability of the face.
- The restricted penetration of our bentonite in soil reduces the consumption of bentonite and gives a good ground support.
